1. Who we are and what this covers
CPSCount publishes Offline Games, a collection of 51 games for Android (application ID com.cpscount.arcade). In this policy, ‘we’ means CPSCount. Contact us at support@cpscount.com.
This policy covers the app, its advertising features and app-related support. The games can run offline. Advertising, opening websites and some sharing features need an internet connection. The app does not require an account or sign-in.
2. Information saved on your device
The app stores your scores, levels, achievements, play statistics, coins and other virtual rewards, unlocked items, player name, avatar, favorites and preferences locally. This information lets the games remember progress, award rewards and apply your settings. The app does not automatically upload your saved progress to a CPSCount player account.
Your chosen name need not be your real name. Sharing and support can disclose information you choose to send, as explained below. Android may back up app data depending on your device and Google account settings; those backups are managed under Google’s Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising and information it uses
Advertising supports the app, including optional rewarded videos. When connected, advertising software can initialize and preload an ad at app startup, before you tap a watch-ad button. Choosing not to watch a rewarded video does not by itself stop all advertising data processing.
Depending on the enabled provider, device settings and applicable privacy choices, advertising services may collect:
- Identifiers and network information: advertising ID or other app/device identifiers, IP address, network type and carrier.
- Device and app information: device model, operating system and app versions, language, screen characteristics and technical performance or diagnostic information.
- Advertising and usage events: ad requests, impressions, clicks, video completions, errors, session information and consent choices.
- Approximate location: a country or general area inferred from an IP address. The current app does not request GPS location permission.
Providers use this information to deliver and measure ads, limit repetition, detect fraud, troubleshoot and improve their advertising services, and personalize ads where permitted by law and your choices. Non-personalized ads can still require technical information and measurement. The app does not supply your locally chosen player name or saved game progress as advertising profile fields.
4. Advertising providers
Appodeal is integrated into the app. It mediates ads from advertising networks; which network receives a request depends on configuration and availability. Integrated adapters include Google AdMob, AppLovin, BidMachine, InMobi, Unity Ads and Liftoff Monetize (Vungle). Appodeal and participating networks process data under their own policies.
- Appodeal Privacy Policy
- Appodeal partner networks and privacy policies
- Appodeal advertising opt-out information
Yandex advertising services: integration is planned. This disclosure applies to versions where Yandex Mobile Ads or Yandex mediation is enabled; it does not mean every installed version uses Yandex. These services may process the advertising information described above and share it with participating advertising partners. See the Yandex Privacy Policy and Yandex advertising privacy policy.
5. Advertising choices and consent
Where required, advertising providers use a consent or privacy-choice flow. The app includes an Ad privacy settings entry in Settings when its consent manager reports that an entry is required. Use the available controls to review or change your choices. If the control is unavailable or does not work, contact us for help.
You can also use your Android advertising/privacy settings to manage personalization and, where supported, reset or delete the advertising ID. Menu names vary by device. These controls do not erase information already held by providers or guarantee that all ads stop. Provider opt-out and privacy-request links are listed above.
Consent, where required, is the basis for optional personalized advertising and related tracking. Necessary service delivery, responding to requests, security and legal obligations may rely on other lawful grounds, including providing the service you request and legitimate interests where applicable. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
7. Support, websites and other disclosures
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments or details you provide. We use them to answer your request and resolve problems. Our email and hosting providers process information needed to operate those services. Opening this policy or a shared webpage sends technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, to the hosting service for delivery and security.
This policy page does not load advertising or analytics scripts. Other CPSCount website pages are covered by the website Privacy Policy. We may disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect people, security or legal rights. We do not operate a separate business selling player profiles; advertising disclosures can nevertheless count as ‘sharing’ or a ‘sale’ under some privacy laws.
8. Device access
The app and its advertising components use internet/network access and advertising-related Android capabilities. Vibration supports game feedback. Some bundled components declare legacy storage permissions on older Android versions; the app also creates temporary files for result sharing. Permission behavior depends on your Android version and installed release. Review and manage available permissions in Android Settings.
The current app does not request camera, microphone, contacts or GPS location access for gameplay. Advertising SDKs can still receive the technical information described in this policy without a separate permission prompt.
9. Retention and deletion
On your device: progress remains until you reset it or remove app data. The in-app Reset progress control resets gameplay progress but keeps some settings. To remove all local app storage, use Android Settings → Apps → Offline Games → Storage → Clear storage/data, or uninstall the app. This can permanently remove your progress. Copies in Android backups or sharing destinations must be managed separately and may be restored by your device.
Support and service records: we retain information for as long as needed to address your request, maintain security and meet applicable legal or dispute-resolution obligations. The necessary duration depends on the purpose and the record; you can request deletion using the contact below.
Advertising information: Appodeal, Yandex where enabled, and their partners apply their own retention criteria described in their policies. Clearing the app does not delete their records. Contact us or the relevant provider to request access or deletion. We do not have direct access to every provider’s records.
10. Security and international processing
Local app data relies on Android’s app storage protections and your device security. Our public policy page uses HTTPS. Advertising, email and hosting providers use their own technical and organizational safeguards; no storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Those providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States and, when Yandex is enabled, Russia and other countries described by the provider. Their policies explain processing locations and safeguards. Where applicable law requires transfer protections, those requirements continue to apply.
11. Children’s privacy
Offline Games is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. Age requirements for valid consent can be higher in some countries. If you believe a child’s personal information has been provided or collected through the app, contact support@cpscount.com so we can investigate, address information we control and assist with requests to the relevant provider.
12. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and opt out of targeted advertising or certain sales/sharing. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Applicable exceptions and identity verification may apply.
Send requests to support@cpscount.com with ‘Offline Games privacy’ in the subject and describe the request. Do not send passwords or government identity documents with your initial message. If information is held by an advertising provider, we can help identify the relevant contact. We respond within the periods required by applicable law. You will not be penalized for exercising applicable privacy rights.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate app or store notices, and additional consent will be requested where required. This policy is a notice about data handling, not a request for consent.
