License Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document is an official public offer (hereinafter "Offer") by the Administration of cpscount.com (hereinafter "Contractor"), addressed to any individual (hereinafter "Customer") to conclude a License Agreement for access to digital content.

1.2. The website cpscount.com is a performance analysis platform for measuring input device metrics.

1.3. Placing an order, redeeming a code, or performing any transaction on the website implies the Customer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Contractor grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable worldwide license to use digital graphical elements, including but not limited to cursor trails and website themes (hereinafter "Digital Products"), for personal use on cpscount.com.

2.2. Digital Products are software assets used to personalize the visual interface. They do not constitute financial instruments or real-world currency.

2.3. Licenses are acquired either through the expenditure of internal virtual currency ("Coins") or through the redemption of codes obtained via third-party subscription platforms.

3. Pricing and Acquisition

3.1. Individual Digital Products (Themes and Cursor Trails) are priced between 100 to 1200 Coins, as listed in the in-game shop.

3.2. Customers may obtain Redeem Codes for specialized License Bundles by subscribing to the Contractor's official Boosty page. Current Bundle options include:

3.3. Permanency of Content: License Bundles activated via redeem codes are permanent. The digital assets remain linked to the Customer's account even if the third-party subscription (Boosty) is cancelled immediately after the transaction.

4. Delivery and Activation

4.1. License activation is instantaneous upon the expenditure of Coins or the successful submission of a valid Redeem Code.

4.2. No physical goods are provided. All assets are digital and delivered exclusively within the website interface.

5. Refund Policy

5.1. Due to the digital, instantly consumable nature of the software assets and redeemable codes, all sales are final once the content is activated on the account.

5.2. Technical issues preventing the redemption of a code should be reported to support@cpscount.com for manual resolution.

6. Final Provisions

6.1. The Contractor reserves the right to modify the visual characteristics or technical implementation of Digital Products at any time to ensure platform stability.

6.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through electronic communication with the platform administration.
