Tanks 1990 is the classic Battle City tank battle — drive, shoot, break through brick and defend your eagle. On CPSCount there are two ranked ways to play. Infinite mode ranks you by the most tanks you destroy in one endless run; Levels mode ranks you by the highest campaign level you reach.
Infinite mode is a survival run on one big battlefield: enemy tanks pour in from every border in waves of five to ten, and your run keeps going until the eagle falls or you run out of lives. The leaderboard ranks you by the single highest number of enemy tanks you destroy in one run, so it rewards both aggression and how long you can keep your base alive. Every tank is worth 50 XP and you bank a coin for every 15 you defeat.
Level mode is a campaign of fixed stages. Each level is built deterministically from its number, so level 30 plays the same for everyone, and the maps grow steadily — bigger battlefields, more enemy tanks and more unbreakable steel as you climb. The Level board ranks players by the highest level they have ever cleared. Because progress is forward-only, your best level is permanent.
Every submitted run is checked server-side before it reaches this board. A tank count or level has to be physically possible for the time played and consistent with the run, so impossible, sped-up or fabricated results are rejected. The rankings you are chasing are real ones set by real players defending the same eagle you are.
