The Levels board ranks the highest level reached in the endless progression from a quiet 5×5 lot to a jammed 9×9. Progress is forward-only and every lot is generated solvable, so the number next to a name is a real climb.
Every run is checked before it lands here: tap pacing, run time, car and board counts are recomputed on the server, so sped-up or fabricated results never reach the board.
